Longevity Bonus


As a thank you for your hard work and commitment to U.S. Expediters, get ready for a nice bonus check each year on your anniversary date. Bonus is based on the revenue you generated the prior 12 months.

Start at 88% of gross revenue and grow each year by .5%. After year four, you’ll receive 2% of the revenue generated in the last 12 months. Example: $260,000 revenue generated with a 2% bonus at year 4 equals $5,200 yearly longevity pay
